  • Machined and welded from 4130 Chromoly aircraft grade steel.
  • Features a much improved ground clearance and rigid design.
  • Very lightweight as compared to other forks at just under 14oz's.
  • Kit includes all needed hardware for replacement of stock fork including extra washers for various tailwheel models.

Machining of our Tailwheel Fork pivot shaft. After the material is turned and threaded the milling tools or live tooling begins to drill the part on the X & Z while the material rotates on the C axis. After the part is cut off and inspected it goes back into the spindle to turn and drill the bottom of the part. Notice the thru-coolant 5/8" dia. drill.
