Policies for domestic and international orders


Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. In rare cases — high order volume, weather delays, or circumstances beyond our control — we will ship your order as soon as possible and keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping

We ship via UPS for most orders. For lightweight packages under 2 lbs, USPS is generally more economical and is available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped primarily via USPS. Two service levels are available:

USPS First Class Mail — Lowest cost. No tracking. Estimated delivery up to 45 days.

USPS Priority Mail International — Faster delivery (typically 3–7 days) with tracking included.

Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. All items come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

1. Items must be returned undamaged and in original condition. Products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
2. To initiate a return, log in to your account, locate your order under My Account → Complete Orders, and click Return Item(s). You will receive a refund confirmation by email once we have processed the return.
3. If you are unable to access your account, email us at tailwindaerollc@gmail.com with your original Order Number and Product Number to request a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, email tailwindaerollc@gmail.com as soon as possible with your Order Number and Product Number. Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return.
