Charge Bracket

The JD Air Charge Jack Mounting Bracket was specifically designed to work on all .75” (19mm) engine mount tubes and be accessible through the oil door on RV aircraft. It will work on any Experimental aircraft with similar access.

The bracket is 3D-printed utilizing a carbon fiber nylon composite material. The dust cover is 3D printed of industrial nylon. Both parts are heat-treated to maximize heat-resistance and strength properties.

Mounting is quite simple and includes all the necessary hardware for mounting. The jack is included. You’ll be required to continue the wiring from the jack to your battery. On my personal RV7 the EarthX battery is mounted FWF. I have a lead going directly to the positive terminal on the battery and the ground is attached to a firewall mounting point.
